Call for Demonstrations

---------------------

Proposals for research prototype demonstration should focus on new data engineering technology, novel data engineering applications, advances in database systems.

All demonstration submissions must be within four pages in IEEE proceeding style (double-columned pages) and should provide a short description of the demonstrated system, a summary of its novel characteristics, the list of functions and features that are going to be demonstrated, and state the significance of the contribution to database technology, applications, or data engineering techniques.

The selection criteria used for demonstration proposals include the novelty, the technical quality, and the attractiveness of the demonstrated system.

All demonstration proposals should be submitted electronically by July 1 (THU), 2004 to the Demonstration co-Chairs and the notification date is September 13 (MON), 2004 (the same as the submission date and notification date of research papers).
