Get off at Hamamatsu-cho Terminal and take the JR Keihin Tohoku, Negishi Line (JR Rapid) to Tokyo Station.
Choice 2: Keihin Kyuko (KEIKYU) Line (Airport Express)

At Sengakuji Station, the train lead directly to Toei Asakusa Line.
Change at: Nihombashi Station and take the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line to Takebashi Station.
Choice 3: Limousine bus
Time (to Tokyo): 40min. (normally) Charge (to Tokyo): 900yen
1-2 buses start per hour.
Get off at Tokyo and take a taxi to National Center of Sciences (Hitotsubashi).
